Less than a week later, I received a letter of apology with a small menu voucher from the restaurant manager in the mail. Apparently the complaint is being taken seriously, and the response up to this point has been very professional. After all, they try to keep me as a customer - in fact, otherwise I would not have gone to this branch. I am curious to see whether the service regarding the completeness of an order will improve during the coming visits. Unfortunately, people here systematically and regularly forget to enclose parts of the order. Today a sad record with two menus: forgot two mayo with the fries, forgot sweet and sour sauce with the Chicken McNuggets, forgot the Coca-Cola special offer glass. There is always something missing, but that was the highlight today!
